Note: Itinerary Receipts are printed on your office default printer unless you specify a different printer address. To print an ITR after you have issued the e-ticket, enter ITR. To change your office profile settings, contact Amadeus Customer Services. Note: The ITR indicator in your office profile can be set up to print an ITR automatically when using the TTP entry. To issue an e-ticket and print an ITR, enter TTP/ITR in the command page. Your office must be authorized to issue e-tickets to be able to print ITRs. You can print an ITR when you issue an e-ticket or as a separate document, up to 7 days after the issuance or as long as it is active, depending on your market. It can contain agency or airline information, the form of payment, and general remarks. The Amadeus e-ticket Itinerary Receipt ( ITR) provides the passenger with detailed flight information and serves as certifiable proof of payment.
